$0-$50 = $6.50
$50 -75= $9.50

75+ =$15

Shipping Methods
We usually use Canada Post, a combination of Canada Post+ United States Postal Service or UPS depending on the best rate and the fastest level of service offered.

We ship small items (like tea towels, napkins, bibs, onesies, and underwear) as letter mail. This is uninsured, and takes approximately 4-7 business days between major urban centers in Canada.

We ship larger items (pyjamas, baby blankets, etc.) as parcel mail. These take approximately 2-3 business days between major urban centers in Canada.

Shipping to the U.S.A
Shipping takes approximately 1- 2 weeks to the USA between major urban centres. If you would like faster service please email us and we will work to find you the best rate.

Shipping Notes
These are estimated times  – however no guarantees are made for shipping unless it is sent as a traceable, insured parcel.
All orders are packaged and shipped pre-paid.

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship between 1-3 days after purchase. If you are in need of an urgent delivery, please be in touch and we can inform you of what express shipping options are available.

Faster Delivery (I needed it yesterday!)
If you would like your order to be delivered faster than our normal level of service, please send us an email and we will send you a payment notice via PayPal, or take your credit card information over the phone.

International Shipping
For shipping to all countries outside of Canada and USA, please contact us prior to your order to make arrangements. If UPS or FedEx will deliver to you, then likely we can get it to you!

Duties & Customs
You are responsible for any duties, customs fees or tariffs on the shipped item.
Schoolyard is 100% made in Canada and therefore is NAFTA certified. This makes border-crossing a breeze and incurs minimal, if any, additional taxes. A nice bonus for our friends south of the border!

Returns and Exchanges
We’re sure you’ll be pleased with your Schoolyard purchase, and we guarantee the quality of every Schoolyard item. If you would like to exchange or refund your items for any reason, please let us know and we will gladly help you with your return.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number. We will issue you a refund upon your item’s return, however original shipping and
handling charges are non-refundable.
